Returns and refunds must be
made within 90 days of receipt of your order. All items must still
have their original tags attached. Clothing that has been worn and
shipping are not refundable items. You may return any of the
following items for a full merchandise refund:
- Any book
- Any gift
- Any clothing item that
has not been worn
Some items cannot be
returned for a refund; only exchanges for the same item will be
made. These items are: videos, DVDs, CDs, cassettes, or computer
software.
Items that do not have a
receipt will be refunded at the current sale price.
If your product arrives to
you broken or damaged in any way, once the original is returned to
us with an explanation on what is wrong with the product and what
you would like done, we will either refund your purchase price or
send out a replacement.
AirVenture returns and
refunds will be issued upon our discretion; items should have
original tags attached. Dated or event items may not be available
for exchanges after the event dates.

Use the form on the reverse
side of your packing slip. If your packing slip is not available,
print and fill out the Regular
Return Form and enclose with your merchandise. To help us
provide the best service possible, please fill out the form
completely, indicating what action you would like us to take
(exchange or refund) and the reason you are returning the item. Ship
prepaid to the address on the packing slip. Also, be sure to insure
your return shipment. Return merchandise to:

Any packages returned
for a refund or returned to EAA because they are undeliverable via
the shipping method used will not have the shipping and handling
charges refunded. This charge is the responsibility of the customer.
Gift Returns
We are happy to accept returns of gifts. We will issue a check
refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order
was shipped. At this time, we can only issue a refund, and cannot
make an exchange or provide store credit.
If you are returning a
gift, complete the Gift Return Form
and enclose with your merchandise.
Be sure to include either
your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who
gave you the gift. (Don't worry - we won't let them know about
your return.) Please include your own e-mail address as well, so
that we may confirm your refund.
