The Northrup P61 Black Widow is a twin-engine, twin-boom fighter aircraft
manufactured by Northrup Corporation. It was used by United States Army Air
Forces USAAF squadrons during World War II. It was the first USA warplane
equipped with airborne radar and was designed from the ground up as a night

most famous Black Widow of the War. Credited as the last scoring plane of WWII,
the Lady achieved this last victory without firing a shot, but by forcing two
imperial Japanese fighters into the sea on the night of 15 August 1945. This
die-cast metal, model airplane comes in 1/120 scale with plastic stand. No gear.
Model is approximately 4 3/4 inches long with 6 1/2 inch wingspan. Adult
